History
LO: To understand that no single source of evidence gives the full answer to questions about the past.
Question - ‘The Germans decided to launch a Blitzkrieg attack on the United Kingdom and bomb many cities during WW2. The UK retaliated by sending bombers over to destroy German cities. Was bombing necessary?’
Task 1 - Stick the controversial question at the top of your page and split into two halves with the titles, Necessary and Unnecessary.
Research the positives and negatives for each column and record them.
Use a search engine to research the positive and negative effects that developed as a result of the bombing.
Task 2 - Write a short paragraph explaining which part of the statement you agree with and justify your response with evidence.

LO: To know how to protect images of us online.
Read through and follow the powerpoint.
Task - Create a poster with advice and reassurance for Alex, using guidance from the Help sheet and the pictures.
Remember - Once images are on the internet, we have less control over them.
The Internet Watch Foundation do have the power to take down images of children, if they are inappropriate.
You have a legal right to control pictures of your bodies.
