Y3 RSPB Birdwatch
Date: 26th Apr 2020 @ 11:30pm
Hello everyone!
It's Mrs Scammell here. I hope you are well and are making the most of the weather and the start of spring. My children and I have noticed there seem to be lots more birds around at the moment and thought we would incorporate a spot of birdwatching in to our daily exercise.
The RSPB garden birdwatch is usually held earlier on in the year but their list of birds is a great starting point if you want to identify the birds you see. If you would like to get involved, use the attached sheet and let me know whether you manage to see different birds to us! We looked for birds on our walk but you can also look for birds in your garden. Remember, birds like it if you sit very still and very quietly; try not to startle them!
I really miss seeing you all and hope that it won't be too long until it is safe for us to see each other again.
Mrs Scammell :)
