Today is Chinese New Year 新年快乐 / 新年快樂 (Xīnnián kuàilè) By completing your reading comprehension yesterday, you will have an idea about Chinese New Year is celebrated. We will do some Chinese New Year themed activities today!
Chinese New Year

We would like you to write 2 or 3 paragraphs about how Chinese New Year is celebrated. There is space for a picture when you have finished. We expect you to use neat handwriting and to show of your writing skills when you do this. There is special paper if you would like to use it and I have attached a word mat if that will help you with spellings.
Maths
As today is the last day of half term we will do a gentle maths lesson. You can choose to do a multiplication mosaic or if you fancy a challenge, the SUPER CHALLENGE is briliant! You should be able to do it all, but you may need the fraction wall to help you with the last question.
