Here come the Celts!

LO: To investigate Iron Age warriors

Last Friday you would not have recognised the usually lovely Year 3 children at Dobcroft as they were transformed into fierce Celtic warriors - Boudicca would've been scared! We applied our learning as though we were part of real Celtic tribes as we descended onto the playground.

With blue woad on our faces and lime in our hair (or face paint and hair gel to you 21st century readers!), we gathered in our tribes, yelled our best war cries and charged, just as the Celts would've! Take a look!
