Sing with Mat Wright - boost your mood and well being with daily singing sessions

I know that many of you will be missing our school sing songs. Luckily for you, a good friend of mine, Mat Wright - Director of Barnsey Youth Choir,  is running daily singing sessions at 10am.  The sessions are aimed at children of all ages but adults are welcome to sing too. No experience necessary - this is for ANYONE and is focused on having fun.

Singing is an excellent things to be doing regulary as it has many benefits for your body and mind:

  • it releases feel-good hormones to improve your mood
  • it boosts your imunity
  • it improves your breathing
  • it can lower anxiety and stress levels
  • it improves cognition (how your brain works)
  • and most importantly - IT'S FUN!
