Follow the ‘relative clauses’ power point, doing the tasks as you go along.

Make sure you have paper and something to write with.

See how you do in the quiz at the end.

*Challenge – can you write a sentence with a relative clause about the planet ‘Pandora’ you saw yesterday?

E.g. - Although there was much life on Pandora, a lot of life was hidden away.

Info for adults -

A relative clause is a specific type of subordinate clause that adapts, describes or modifies a noun. Relative clauses add information to sentences.  They can use a relative pronoun such as who, that or which. The relative clause is used to add information about the noun, so it must be 'related' to the noun.

Read through and complete the tasks on the ‘Up-levelling sentences activity’ power point.

Make sure you have paper and something to write with.
