Y5RW - DT - Making Bread!

LO: To prepare and cook a savoury product

Y5RW kneaded hard work and focus to rise to the challenge of making their own bread. In the end they were delicious and would definitely make some dough should we sell our rolls!

First we tasted and evaluated current products in the shops for aspects we enjoyed (or in some cases, not so much!) and took ideas on board for our own product. We created our own success criteria for how our finished product should look, smell, feel and taste like and luckily we met it! We then combined our ingredients and allowed our group's dough to proove for a while before baking it in the oven.

Take a look at our bread and the amazing shapes we have made. We really enjoyed tasting it that afternoon!
